Product Return/Exchange Procedure
RMA Process:
1、Contact our staff and provide details for the product return/replacement application.
2、Once we receive the application, our staff will review and confirm within two working days.
3、After confirmation, our staff will approve the application and provide feedback.
4、You will be instructed to send the product to the specified address.
5、Once we receive the returned product, we will process either a refund or initiate the re-shipment, as per your request.
